AHC Construction is an innovative construction company specializing in both residential and commercial construction, rehabilitation, and remodeling in northern Arizona. Over the course of 11 years, we have left our signature all over Flagstaff having built or remodeled over 76 residential and commercial structures. We genuinely care about our customers and our community, which is why we are committed to sustainable green building solutions and supporting affordable housing through our unique partnership with Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona.

Our History

In 2005, after 15 years of utilizing local contractors for the development of affordable housing in Flagstaff, Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona (formerly BOTHANDS) began AHC Construction. AHC has been wholly owned by Housing Solutions since.

AHC's Construction Manager

Greg Pishkur graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Construction Management, and has worked in the industry for over 40 years. He has extensive experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction, having managed over 300 construction projects including new residential, remodel and rehab residential, commercial tenant improvement and apartment buildings. He has been our Contractor of Record for over 5 years.

Green Design

Through all construction phases, AHC collaborates with architects and owners to create cost-effective designs while implementing processes that are environmentally responsible and resource-efficient. We apply green construction principles to all new construction and rehab projects. Demonstrating our green design commitment, AHC has received Sustainable Building Awards for every new construction project since 2008.

The United States Environmental Protection Agency has certified AHC as a lead-safe certified firm. AHC has fulfilled the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 402, and has received certification to conduct lead-based paint renovation, repair, and painting activities pursuant to 40 CFR Part 745.89 and 40 CFR Part 745.226.

In line with these values, AHC Construction has received a Sustainable Building Award from the Coconino County Sustainable Building Program (CCSBP) for every new construction project since 2008.
