Credit Counseling
Program
Get a detailed, tri-merge credit report with your FICO scores. Our certified Housing Counselors will help you review the credit report and implement strategies to improve your credit, based on your personal credit circumstance. We offer confidential one-on-one financial counseling, credit building and repair, and financial education tools to assist you meeting your financial and credit goals. Financial, credit and budgeting counseling services are offered to all households in northern Arizona. We review credit as part of pre-purchase homebuyer counseling, but you can take advantage of financial and credit counseling even if you’re not ready to think about homeownership.
Fees
Fees to pull a Tri-Merge Credit Report with scores are $14.00 per individual on a cost-recovery basis.

As is the industry standard, we do not charge fees for foreclosure counseling services. In addition, we address a client’s ability to pay the fees outlined above based on their household income in relation to the federal poverty level. If a client’s household income is less than 1½ times the federal poverty level, we waive fees and seek grant funding to off-set our expenses. We do not charge fees for individuals experiencing homelessness.
