Housing Solutions is a Qualifying Charitable Organization (QCO 20242), which means donors like you can reap the benefits of the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit! This dollar-for-dollar tax credit allows you to help neighbors in need find a place to call home through a donation to Housing Solutions, and then claim the credit of up to $1,009 if married filing jointly, or $506 if filing individually on your state taxes. Donate now, and see your donation return to you through an increased refund or decreased total due to the state. With this credit, you get to decide how your state tax dollars are spent and the impact they can have in our Northern Arizona community.

Fiscal Year 2026 Impact
62 households experiencing homelessness (61 adults and 1 children) lived on one of our furnished JoJo's Place studio apartments with access to trauma-informed case management.
Our 27 permanently affordable rentals, including Oak Wash Homes, housed 65 low-income households. All Oak Wash Homes residents had previously experienced homelessness.
38 survivor households (41 adults and 52 children) experiencing homelessness found safety, support, and trauma-informed case management at our Sharon Manor Transitional Housing Program.
Our Pre-Purchase Program administered $1,303,000 in financial assistance to 31local, first-time homebuyer households, helping them put down roots in our community.
284 volunteers at our thrift store, Sharon's Attic, donated 3,683 hours. $4,992 in vouchers helped our transitional housing clients shop for essentials.
120 Northern Arizona households received pre-purchase and credit counseling, helping them improve their credit, prepare for homeownership, or open the door to a first home.
